What can we do for you?

Here at Heron Brewing Support the aim is to help brewers, brewery installers and those studying brewing. Take a look at the services below and choose the one which suits your needs.
A fifteen minute discovery chat won’t cost you a penny, it’s the best way to get exactly what’s required.
Support packages will be a minimum of half a day and for each day there will be an hour of telephone or web-meeting based support free of charge in the bank for when you need it.
Quality Assurance and Control Support
Quality is key, from the raw materials you use to the final product in the glass.
Support in this area will begin with an audit of current practices followed by a chat to discuss how best to move forward in this crucial area for the brewery.
Baseline testing of raw materials, equipment hygiene and product quality can be included as part of the package.
The ultimate aim will be to set up a quality system that’s affordable and manageable for you to run.
Support costs will depend on the complexity of the task – we have generic templates that are easily customised to your requirements.

Compliance Audits
In order to sell beer to certain types of customer there will be an expectation from them for you to achieve a certain standard of operation.
Having a heads up prior to an auditor arriving can help to attain these standards. Dealing with the corrective actions from a pre-audit will vastly improve the chances of successful attainment of a compliance certificate.
